Scene is private and invite-only. Admission is curated at Scene's sole discretion. Applications may be deferred or declined for: unverifiable identity, lack of trust endorsements, duplicate accounts, or density limits in specific city sub-hubs.
All users upload a clear, unedited selfie at signup, verified against your profile. Accounts using false photos, others' images, or stock photos are terminated immediately. Selfies remain private and are never shown to other users.
Trust score increases through peer vouches. Monthly vouch limits reset on the 1st of each month: New Users - 10/month, Standard - 20/month, Trusted - 30/month. Collusive vouching, vouch-trading, or gaming the system is forbidden and results in suspension.
You are solely responsible for your own safety when meeting others in person. Meet in public, well-lit spaces - partner venues are recommended. Harassment, non-consensual tracking, hate speech, or conduct that undermines community safety is grounds for immediate exclusion. Scene is not liable for disputes, injuries, or losses arising from peer-coordinated activities.
Scene may modify, suspend, or terminate your access at any time for behaviour that undermines community trust, violates these terms, or at Scene's discretion.
You retain ownership of content you post but grant Scene a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, display, reproduce, and distribute it to operate the platform. Scene's software, platform, logos, and UI belong exclusively to Scene Inc. and its licensors.
Service is provided "as is" and "as available." No warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement. No guarantee of uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation.
Scene is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service, third-party conduct or offline meetups, or unauthorised access to your data.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
Using Scene means consenting to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data (email, profile, selfie, location) as described in the Privacy Policy.
